Job Title: Senior Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator
Location: Freelands Croft Care Home, Redfields Lane, Church Crookham, Fleet, GU52 0AD
Rate of Pay: £13.20 - £14.20 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (30-hour contract)
We are partnering with Freelands Croft Care Home in Church Crookham to find a creative, enthusiastic, and caring Senior Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator. As a Senior Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator through Supportive Bridge, you will be the driving force behind engaging, dynamic activities that enrich our residents' daily lives. From organizing community visitors, exercise classes, and musical acts to managing activity budgets and updating care plans, you will ensure every resident enjoys a vibrant, fulfilling lifestyle.
Plan and run engaging morning and afternoon activity sessions, ranging from arts and crafts and day trips to fitness classes and live entertainment.
Create, manage, and update the home's activity planner while working within a set budget.
Organise special events, birthday surprises, external community performers, and coordinate memorable days out.
Coordinate meaningful one-to-one sessions with residents, utilizing reminiscing tools, puzzles, reading, or simply sharing a cup of tea and a chat.
Maintain accurate paperwork, care plans, activity notes, emails, and support the home's social media channels.
Assist with breakfast, lunch, and dinner duties when necessary.
A creative thinker with plenty of imaginative ideas and strong organizational skills.
The ability to manage budgets, maintain paperwork, and effectively balance competing priorities.
An infectious enthusiasm, great sense of humour, and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in people's lives.
Strong community spirit, with the ability to motivate colleagues, build local links, and involve friends and family in events.
Competitive Pay: £13.20 to £14.20 per hour on a permanent, full-time 30-hour contract.
