Location: Millbrook Lodge, Moorfield Road, Brockworth, GL3 4EX
Pay Rate: £13.67 per hour (Mon–Fri) | £14.67 per hour (Weekends)
Contract Type: Bank / Flexible Hours (Covering annual leave and sickness with zero guaranteed hours)

About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Millbrook Lodge, an attractive and welcoming care home located in the centre of Brockworth, just outside Gloucester. The home provides high-quality, compassionate residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care for up to 80 residents.
We are looking for flexible Bank Care Assistants to join our team, covering shifts for annual leave and sickness. You will make a real, positive difference every day by supporting daily routines, personal care, and helping residents lead happy, fulfilled lives full of laughter and lasting memories.
