Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to client standards and dietary requirements.

• Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety regulations, HACCP protocols, and kitchen hygiene standards.

• Manage section prep work efficiently and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste.

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

• Adapt quickly to menu requirements and maintain high standards of presentation under pressure.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Chef or Cook in a commercial kitchen setting.

• Valid Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or equivalent).

• Strong knowledge of food safety, allergen management, and kitchen safety standards.

• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and eligible to work in the UK.
