Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract

Working Hours: Guaranteed 25+ hours per week (Typical shifts run 7 to 8 hours)

Shift Pattern: Afternoon/Evening Shift (12:00 PM Start – Finishes between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Selector (12pm – 7/9pm Fixed Term) at the Neston Distribution Centre.

As a Selector, you play a key role in keeping daily operations running seamlessly. Working in a high-energy environment, you will prepare orders accurately so store shelves across the region remain fully stocked.

Detailed Key Responsibilities

• Voice-Directed Order Picking: Wear a headset system to receive real-time instructions and pick products accurately to meet daily warehouse targets.

• Paperwork & Inventory Accuracy: Follow process guidelines carefully, double-checking documentation to ensure error-free dispatches.

• Safe Equipment Operation: Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) efficiently and safely throughout the warehouse (full training provided).

• Safety & Standards: Maintain a safe, tidy, and organised workspace alongside your team.
