About the Role
As the Care Home Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in supporting the delivery of exceptional, high-standard care. Working closely with the General Manager—and stepping into leadership duties in their absence—you will help steer the home's daily operations and inspire a multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring top-tier care standards and regulatory compliance through regular audits and supervised clinical practice.
Leading by example to motivate your team and help every resident enjoy the best possible quality of life.
Developing and delivering strategic goals to drive the home forward in an engaging, energetic environment.

Experience in supporting residents with diverse health needs.
A successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
