As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Relief Night Care Assistant for Sir Aubrey Ward House. Located in the heart of Marlow town centre, this warm, spacious, and cheerful 60-room residential care home features modern facilities, first-floor balconies, and an enclosed courtyard garden, providing a comforting environment for our residents.
Working through the night, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, secure, and looked after. From assisting with night-time routines and personal care (such as washing, bathing, and toileting) to offering reassuring companionship, you will help create a calm, peaceful, and fulfilled environment.
Night-Time Support: Assist residents with personal care routines and night-time needs with utmost dignity, respect, and compassion.
Safety & Comfort: Maintain a calm, secure, and nurturing environment throughout the night shift.
Companionship & Care: Build warm, meaningful connections, bringing comfort and reassurance to residents when they need it most.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly as part of our extended family team, upholding exceptional standards of care.
Experience: Both experienced night carers and those completely new to the care sector are welcome to apply! We provide comprehensive induction training and ongoing development.
Personality: A kind, patient, and empathetic nature with a genuine passion for supporting older individuals.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
