As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit compassionate professionals for Wheatlands Care Home.
In this flexible, part-time Bank role, you will help residents enjoy each day by making sure they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, provide wonderful companionship, and share meaningful moments and memories along the way.
Every day brings variety and fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with daily living routines, food, and drink
Following personalized care plans
Ensuring each resident receives dedicated one-to-one time
Bringing your dedication, empathy, and positive approach to a rewarding environment
As this is a Bank position providing cover for annual leave and sick leave, your working hours and days will vary.
About You

Experience: Prior experience in caring for older people
