As a Bank Chef, you will deliver hotel and restaurant-standard dining without the long weeks and split shifts. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will craft nutritious, flavoursome, and well-balanced menus tailored directly around our residents, ensuring person-centred hospitality at the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare wholesome dishes using fresh, seasonal produce cooked to the highest standards.
Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, including leadership, stock control, and budgeting.
Complete regular audits and maintain a thorough understanding of HACCP.
Help create a warm, efficient, fun, and welcoming environment for residents and team members alike.

Qualifications: City & Guilds / NVQ / SVQ or equivalent certification, plus a solid understanding of HACCP and nutrition.
Experience: Background working with fresh seasonal food and helping lead and inspire a kitchen team.
