Barchester is seeking a compassionate Bank Care Assistant to join the community at Mount Tryon Care Home. In this casual, flexible role, you will provide vital cover as needed (such as for annual leave or sick leave), helping residents enjoy each day by delivering top-quality care, meaningful companionship, and personal support.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Living Support: Assist residents with everyday tasks, ensuring their comfort, safety, and personal dignity.
Care Plan Delivery: Follow individual care plans, assist with food and nutrition, and ensure residents receive dedicated one-to-one time.
Companionship: Build strong, positive relationships, sharing great moments and memories in a warm, vibrant environment.
Flexible Cover: Adapt to varied day or night shifts to ensure continuous, high-standard support across the home.
About You
To thrive as a Bank Care Assistant, you will bring:
Some prior experience of caring for older people.
