Shifts: Monday to Friday, 21:00 PM - 05:30 AM (Week begins Monday night and finishes Saturday morning)

In this role, you are the ultimate engine of the distribution center. Working the overnight shift, you’ll roll up your sleeves, work independently through store orders, and ensure thousands of products are prepared for delivery. What You’ll Do

• Voice Picking: Seamlessly manage multiple tasks by following system picking instructions delivered directly through your headset.

• Stock Preparation: Pack and organize a variety of items including fresh meat, fruit, chilled products, and frozen goods.

• Pallet Security: Ensure all outgoing delivery pallets are perfectly stacked, stable, and secure for transport.

• Quality Reporting: Keep an eye out for stock integrity and report any damaged goods to the shift manager.

• Target Focus: Independently take ownership of your workflow to accurately hit daily order requirements.

What You’ll Need

• Prior experience or a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physical environment.

• Strong self-motivation and the stamina to meet active performance goals.

• Excellent attention to detail, even when working at a quick and efficient pace.

• Shift Comfort: Ready to work a set overnight schedule (21:00 to 05:30); previous night shift experience is highly ideal.
