As a Night Care Assistant at Forest Hill Care Home, you will ensure our residents receive the highest standard of quality care, comfort, and reassurance throughout the night. From following personal care plans to providing quiet companionship, reassurance, and individual support, you will bring your dedication and empathy to a deeply fulfilling environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Night-Time Care: Deliver compassionate, person-centred support through the night, ensuring residents feel safe, secure, and well-cared for.

• Care Plans: Follow individualised care plans and support residents with their nightly needs, mobility, and morning/evening routines.

• Companionship & Dignity: Provide comforting one-to-one time and ensure residents are treated with utmost dignity and respect at all times.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people.

• Approach: A can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a warm-hearted, empathetic nature.
