About the Role

As a supportive bridge staffing agency connecting dependable talent with top-tier retail brands, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly, customer-focused Home Delivery Driver for their store on North Road, Darlington.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive delivery vehicles to transport and drop off customer shopping orders on time.

• Deliver warm, friendly customer service, going above and beyond and resolving customer queries using your initiative.

• Handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving product totes weighing up to 18kg while adhering strictly to health and safety standards.

• Operate vehicle and in-store equipment safely and correctly.

What We Are Looking For

• Licence Requirements: Must be over 18 years old with a full driving licence held for over 1 year and no more than 6 points.

• Approach: A helpful, friendly, and customer-first mindset.

• Energy: Enjoys staying active, hands-on work, and operating in a fast-paced, varied environment.

• Flexibility: Comfortable working fully flexible shift patterns across operating hours (7:00 AM - 10:30 PM).
