As an Online Team Leader, you are the driving force behind the in-store online department. You will lead the team to deliver outstanding service, ensure orders are picked, dispatched, and delivered on time with minimal substitutions, and create an engaging, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team that delivers outstanding, friendly, and helpful service to every customer.

• Create an engaging department environment where colleagues place customers at the heart of everything they do.

• Build a supportive, performance-driven culture that recognises and rewards achievement.

• Analyse department data to identify opportunities to simplify processes, speed up workflows, and manage risks.

• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and legal obligations are strictly followed.

• Take responsibility for ensuring all orders are picked, dispatched, and delivered within required timescales with minimal substitutions.

What We Are Looking For

• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in developing and leading teams, coaching colleagues to build competence, confidence, and high performance.

• Relationship Building: Excellent ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

• Operational Knowledge: Strong operational and technical knowledge of an online retail department.

• Organisational Skills: Able to effectively plan, organise, and manage your own workload as well as direct reports.

• Deadline-Driven: Comfortable working efficiently to strict deadlines.

• Requirements: Must be over the school-leaving age.
