Support Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with leading healthcare environments to deliver exceptional talent. We are currently recruiting a dedicated Domestic & Housekeeping Supervisor to join our health team at Forth Valley Royal Hospital in Larbert.
In this vital role, you will lead domestic and housekeeping colleagues to deliver high-quality services that create a clean, safe, and welcoming healthcare environment. Your leadership will directly support patients, visitors, NHS teams, and the wider community every single day.
Team Leadership: Lead, support, and mentor domestic and housekeeping teams to maintain top-tier service standards across all departmental areas.
Resource Management: Allocate colleagues and resources effectively to meet operational requirements and fluctuating service demands.
Performance & Development: Monitor team performance, provide constructive guidance, and support recruitment, inductions, training, return-to-work interviews, and absence management.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety regulations, COSHH guidelines, hygiene policies, and operational procedures.
Operations & Administration: Manage stock control, monitor consumables, maintain accurate records, and support investigations and payroll processes when required.
Stakeholder Relations: Build positive, professional relationships with colleagues, patients, and visitors to guarantee excellent customer service.
Experience: Proven background supervising colleagues, monitoring operational standards, and leading teams within a busy service or healthcare environment.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
Proactive Mindset: A proactive approach with the confidence to use initiative, solve problems independently, and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
