Hours: Full-time or part-time agency shifts (Day shifts: 08:00 – 20:00; Night shifts: 20:00 – 08:00)

We are currently recruiting an experienced Romanian-Speaking Complex Care Assistant to support a delightful 5-year-old child living with her parents and two siblings in Watford.

Key Responsibilities
Paediatric Complex Support: Provide dedicated one-to-one person-centred care to a young child living with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy.
Medical Monitoring & Safety: Closely monitor and respond appropriately to seizure activity, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.
Daily Living & Personal Care: Assist with personal care routines, daily living activities, and safe moving and handling using appropriate equipment and techniques.
Play-Based Engagement: Encourage participation in joyful activities she loves, including singing, music, and play-based interactions, while building positive bonds with the client and her family.
Candidate Requirements
To excel in this specialized agency placement, you will need:
Fluency in Romanian (alongside clear English communication).
Previous practical experience supporting individuals with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy.
Competence in safe moving and handling techniques.
A full UK driving licence and confidence as a driver.
Full Right to Work in the UK (please note: visa sponsorship cannot be offered for this placement; candidates must already be based in the UK).
