About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are excited to partner with B&M to help you secure a leadership role as a Replenishment Manager in Pontypridd. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where you will take complete ownership of stock flow, inventory management, and replenishment across the store, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and ready to impress every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Ownership: Drive availability, productivity targets, and manage stock flow from deliveries straight to the shop floor.
Team Leadership: Lead, organize, and motivate your team to work efficiently and maintain a safe working environment.
Store Standards: Keep the shop floor well-stocked, tidy, and easy for customers to navigate.
Operational Agility: Plan ahead and react quickly to changing stock levels and demands.
Requirements & Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: Proven leadership background in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics environments.
Expertise: Solid understanding of stock control, delivery procedures, and replenishment processes.
Work Ethic: A hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach with the ability to work at a rapid pace.
Core Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, confident decision-making, and exceptional prioritization skills.
