Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to find a dedicated and reliable Key Warehouse Operative to join the logistics team in Northampton.
As a Warehouse & FLT Key Operative, you will be critical to daily operations. You’ll receive full support and training to handle a variety of essential warehouse tasks, including bringing products in, picking stock, replenishing and putting away goods, operating forklift trucks, and loading stock for despatch. You’ll maintain strict safety and food standards so our products arrive at stores in prime condition.
We are looking for team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key requirements include:
Enjoy working as part of a team in an active, hands-on role with a good level of fitness
Able to work in an environment with varying temperatures that may be noisy or dusty
Takes pride in completing tasks to the highest standard
Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment and familiarity with relevant processes, systems, and equipment (desirable)
Experience operating a LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) is advantageous
Note: Applicants must be over the school leaver’s age, and certain age restrictions may apply due to the nature of the role.
