About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RGN) at Lawton Manor Care Home, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help deliver the exceptional care they deserve. You will create a safe, supportive environment, make critical clinical decisions, develop tailored care plans, and administer medication safely. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence: Oversee the physical, psychological, and social well-being of residents, making sound professional judgements and critical clinical decisions.
Care Planning: Develop comprehensive care plans and detailed risk assessments tailored to individual needs.
Medication & Compliance: Administer medication safely and maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Environment: Foster a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment across mixed day and night shifts.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications: Current NMC registration (RGN) with an active PIN.
Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices, regulatory frameworks, and care standards.
Experience: Proven experience in producing detailed care plans and risk assessments.
Approach: Dedicated, compassionate, and committed to a person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
