About the Role
We are recruiting a permanent, part-time Receptionist to manage front-of-house operations at Lawton Manor Care Home in Stoke on Trent.
As the first point of contact for everyone entering the care home, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, friendly, and professional environment. Working day shifts for 6 hours per week, you will greet visitors, manage telephone inquiries, support administrative tasks, and give guided tours to prospective residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors, family members, and external professionals with a warm, courteous, and helpful attitude.
Manage incoming telephone calls, answer queries promptly, and take accurate messages.
Maintain an orderly, professional, and secure reception area.
Conduct guided tours for prospective residents and families, showcasing the care home community.
Provide light administrative support, including filing, photocopying, typing, and handling post.
