About the Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) at Bloomfield Care Home, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to ensure they receive exceptional care. Working flexibly on a casual basis to cover annual leave or sick leave, your clinical expertise will be vital in creating a safe, supportive environment. Responsibilities include:
Using your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions.
Developing tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Administering medication safely and maintaining high clinical standards across all tasks.
Enjoying the freedom and autonomy to practice the right way while being truly valued for your expertise.
About You
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate professionals who pride themselves on a person-centred approach. To join us, you will need:
Current NMC registration.
A strong, up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices.
Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments.
A solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
