Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is pleased to recruit on behalf of Cavendish Court to join their team in Alderley Edge, UK. We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Assistant to foster a warm, welcoming environment for all residents and visitors. In this role, you will work closely with the kitchen and care teams to ensure all dining services run smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest standard of care.
As part of the care home's community, your primary focus will be delivering an exceptional dining experience that promotes comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. You will play a key part in maintaining clean, beautifully presented dining areas while building meaningful, friendly connections with elderly residents every single day.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver prepared meals and refreshments from the kitchen to dining areas, serving residents and visitors in a pleasant and attentive manner.
Set up dining tables, clean service areas, and reset spaces after meals to ensure strict hygiene standards are continuously met.
Assist in maintaining open communication with the Care Manager to adapt dining service seamlessly to the daily needs of residents.
Requirements
Strong communication skills with a caring, compassionate, and resident-focused nature.
Excellent teamwork ability alongside the self-motivation to work independently when required.
Right to work in the UK and reside within a realistic commutable distance to Alderley Edge, UK.
