As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with this leading not-for-profit care provider to find a dedicated Registered Nurse for Lewin House in Aylesbury.
Lewin House is a modern, 70-bed specialist nursing home featuring dedicated units across four wings. Working through the night, you will provide expert clinical leadership and compassionate care. Acting as the senior clinical lead on shift, you will manage the care team, oversee clinical procedures, and build meaningful, long-term relationships with residents while liaising closely with families, GPs, and external agencies.
Provide high standards of clinical and personal nursing care throughout the night.
Lead, mentor, and guide the care team to ensure clinical excellence and safety.
Deliver, monitor, and re-evaluate care plans in partnership with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Handle clinical tasks confidently, including medication administration, end-of-life care, catheterisation, tissue viability, and management of deterioration.
Qualifications: Qualified RGN or RMN with a current, active NMC PIN.
Experience: Post-registration clinical experience, excellent autonomous working skills, and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
