As a Shift Manager, you will be the driving force behind a smooth, successful shift. This role offers the perfect balance: a structured 30-hour contract that respects your life outside of work, paired with real leadership responsibility on the shop floor. What You’ll Do

Taking the lead on the shop floor, you will maintain high standards and foster a positive working environment:

• Team Motivation: Lead, inspire, and delegate tasks effectively, creating an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you.

• Operational Control: Take full responsibility for store operations and team management in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.

• Shift Management: Smoothly handle cash processes, inventory control, stock management, and freshness checks.

• Customer Excellence: Swiftly solve problems as they arise, ensuring every customer enjoys a first-class shopping experience.

What You’ll Receive

• Competitive Pay Structure: £15.45 base rate per hour, plus excellent premiums:

  • +$3.50 per hour for night shifts

  • +$2.00 per hour for bank holidays
