About the Roles Supportive Bridge Ltd is hiring dedicated and hardworking healthcare, catering, and domestic support personnel on behalf of our clients across Chelmsford and Bishop's Stortford. We are looking for reliable professionals to fill immediate vacancies across three key positions:

• Support Workers – Providing compassionate care and person-centered support to service users, assisting with daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and living activities.

• Kitchen Assistants – Supporting kitchen staff with basic food prep, dishwashing, clearing work areas, and maintaining food hygiene standards.

• Housekeeping / Cleaners – Maintaining clean, sanitary, and safe environments within client facilities through routine cleaning and infection control procedures.

Key Requirements

• Relevant experience in care, catering, or commercial cleaning preferred.

• Strong commitment to health & safety, hygiene protocols, and safeguarding standards.

• Excellent communication skills, reliability, and punctuality.

• Current DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

• Right to work in the UK.
