About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly, reliable Customer Assistant for their Replenishment team in Gravesend.

In this active shop floor role, you will help keep shelves fully stocked with wonderful fresh and ambient products. Working in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities, you will make sure everything runs smoothly so customers can easily get what they need, when they need it. You will also receive cross-training to support other areas of the store, such as Market Street or Customer Service, making this a fantastic opportunity for a versatile team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep shop floor shelves fully stocked with fresh and ambient products.

• Work efficiently within a fast-paced, structured environment following timed routines and procedures (Monday to Sunday, 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM).

• Ensure products are displayed neatly and correctly for customers.

• Provide flexible support across other store departments, such as Market Street and Customer Service, as required.

• Maintain a helpful, customer-first approach and handle customer queries professionally.

What We Are Looking For

• A helpful, friendly approach with a strong commitment to putting customers first.

• Enjoys staying active, hands-on, and working in a busy, structured environment.

• Comfortable using in-store equipment safely and following established processes.

• Available for early morning shifts from 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM (Monday to Sunday).

• Must be over the school leaver’s age (additional age requirements of 18+ may apply for certain tasks due to health and safety regulations).
