About the Role
We are currently recruiting a reliable, compassionate Relief Domestic Assistant on behalf of The Willows, a tranquil nursing home in Mobberley supporting older people, including those with dementia.
Your role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment where residents truly feel at home. You will handle daily cleaning duties across communal areas, offices, and residents' rooms while always respecting individual dignity and privacy.
What You Will Need
A Caring & Respectful Approach: Sensitivity to the needs of older people and a commitment to maintaining residents' dignity.
Experience: Previous domestic or cleaning experience is desirable, but a strong work ethic and eye for detail matter most.
Reliability & Flexibility: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, use your own initiative, and adapt to a 7-day rota.
Proximity: Ideally living within 15 miles of Mobberley (WA16 7AR) to ensure a manageable commute.
