Location: Pickaquoy Road, Kirkwall (KW15 1RP)

Pay: £13.45 - £14.45 per hour (Earn an extra £2.00/hr on Bank Holidays and £3.50/hr for night shifts)

Hours: Fixed Term Contract, Part-Time (10 to 35 hour contracts available, various shifts)

Experience: Entry level (No previous retail experience required!)

About the Role

Looking for a dynamic seasonal role that keeps you active? We are searching for motivated Customer Assistants to join the team at Lidl in Kirkwall for fixed-term seasonal support. This is a fast-paced position where you will keep moving, work closely with a great team, and ensure the store stays at its best during its busiest periods.

What You Will Do

• Help Customers: Answer questions and provide excellent service on the shop floor.

• Stock the Shelves: Unload deliveries efficiently and keep the store tidy and well-stocked.

• Bake and Refresh: Help top up the bakery with fresh goods and organize the popular middle aisles.

• Pitch In: Work on the tills and help your retail colleagues out wherever needed.
