Location: Boston (Home to a team of around 400 colleagues producing ready-to-eat salads, prepared vegetables, and snacks for major retailers like Co-op, Boots, Greggs, Costco, Spar, and BOL)
Pay Rate: Up to £14.97 per hour
Job Type: Permanent - Full-Time
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, 18:00 – 02:00 (Nights)

Greencore is one of the UK’s leading convenience food creators, employing over 28,000 colleagues across 36 manufacturing sites and 21 distribution depots.
At their Boston facility, we are currently seeking a proactive and reliable Skilled Factory Operative / Senior Operative for the night shift to maintain a continuous flow of operations, supply production lines with materials, and uphold high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Line Feeding & Stock Management: Supply materials and food products to production and assembly lines efficiently, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained at every workstation.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the wider production and warehouse teams to support daily targets, assist colleagues, and coordinate smooth workflows.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain clean and tidy work areas at all times while strictly adhering to health, safety, and quality standards, plus completing any additional tasks requested by the line manager.
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Education: Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry is essential (preferably working with salads), backed by a good level of verbal, written, and numerical education.
Flexibility: A flexible approach to shifts and departments, with the willingness to adapt across areas to meet the changing needs of the business.
