About You
To join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will need:
An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Specific, practical knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
A warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed approach to giving each resident individualized support.
