As a supportive bridge staffing agency dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with market-leading brands, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons—one of the UK's premier supermarkets—to recruit a friendly and hands-on Customer Assistant - Market Street & Café for their Congleton store.
In this exciting customer-facing role, you will prepare and serve the fresh, high-quality food Morrisons is renowned for. Whether you are serving meals in the Café or preparing fresh pizzas, fish, or meat counters on Market Street, you will play a vital role in making customers' shopping and dining experiences special every single day.
Key Responsibilities:
Fresh Food Preparation & Service: Prepare and present fresh items to company specifications across Market Street counters (such as pizzas, fresh fish, or meat) and serve meals in the vibrant in-store Café.
Structured Daily Routines: Work efficiently within a fast-paced environment using clear routines and timed activities to keep operations running smoothly and products available.
Cross-Store Team Support: Work flexibly across other departments, receiving training in areas like Replenishment and Customer Service to support the wider store team where needed most.
Customer Care: Deliver a helpful, friendly approach, going above and beyond to support shoppers and resolve any queries with a positive attitude.
