Role Description
Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RGN) on behalf of our client for Lucerne House Care Centre in Exeter, Devon. In this night-shift role, you will oversee the physical, psychological, and social wellbeing of residents, using your clinical expertise to provide high-quality, personalized nursing care.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, formulate, and manage detailed care plans and risk assessments tailored to each resident's individual needs.
Administer medication safely and effectively in compliance with NMC and Royal Pharmaceutical Society guidelines.
Make critical clinical decisions overnight to maintain a safe, dignified, and supportive environment for all care home residents.
Requirements
Active NMC Registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practice, risk assessments, and regulatory frameworks (including DoLS/MCA).
Compassionate, person-centred approach with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
