Senior Physiotherapist

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join the outpatient department at a modern fitness and wellbeing center in Chester, UK. In this flexible bank role, you will deliver comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation to a wide range of patients and post-operative cases.

Working as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team alongside nurses, allied health professionals, and consultants, you will provide evidence-based clinical care tailored to individual recovery goals. This position is ideal for an ambitious practitioner seeking flexible daytime, evening, or weekend shifts to complement their existing schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat diverse musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases using evidence-based rehabilitation protocols.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize holistic patient recovery and care pathways.

• Maintain strict adherence to clinical governance, professional standards, and quality assurance processes through regular clinical audits.

Requirements

• BSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) with active registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

• Strong track record of post-graduate clinical development and proven experience in outpatient musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

• Excellent interpersonal communication, IT literacy, and organizational skills to manage varied caseloads efficiently.
