Working as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team alongside nurses, allied health professionals, and consultants, you will provide evidence-based clinical care tailored to individual recovery goals. Key Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and treat diverse musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases using evidence-based rehabilitation protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize holistic patient recovery and care pathways.
Maintain strict adherence to clinical governance, professional standards, and quality assurance processes through regular clinical audits.
Requirements
BSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) with active registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Strong track record of post-graduate clinical development and proven experience in outpatient musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
Excellent interpersonal communication, IT literacy, and organizational skills to manage varied caseloads efficiently.
