Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Allingham House for a Registered Nurse (Nurse Qualified) to join their team in Timperley, UK.
In this role, you will act as the Nurse in Charge during night shifts, leading team members to deliver high-quality clinical care, complex care support, and medication management. You will champion resident dignity, maintain rigorous safeguarding standards, and collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams to craft personalized care plans.
Key Responsibilities
Act as Nurse in Charge, managing night shifts, administering medication, and overseeing shift planning and clinical governance standards.
Deliver specialized clinical care including catheterization, blood sampling, PEG feeding, syringe driver operation, and stoma care.
Formulate and update comprehensive care plans while ensuring compliance with the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
Requirements
Nursing qualification recognized by the UK NMC with a valid UK NMC PIN (RGN, RNLD, or RMN).
Strong clinical decision-making skills and proficiency with electronic care systems (PCS).
Right to work in the UK and ability to commute to Timperley, UK for scheduled night shifts on a 7-day rolling rota.
