Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

Contract Type: Part-Time, 30 hours per week (Includes alternate weekends)

About the Role

Are you meticulous, organized, and dedicated to creating a warm, pristine environment where people love to live and work? We are seeking a compassionate Housekeeper to join the family at Hawkhill House, a 41-bedded nursing and dementia care home in Aberdeen.

In this role, you will ensure that every corner of our home maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, helping our residents feel truly safe and at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep all areas of the home clean, tidy, and impeccably maintained.

• Follow strict cleaning schedules and health and safety standards.

• Collaborate closely with the wider care team to meet all regulatory requirements.

• Build friendly, positive relationships with residents and staff, adding to a welcoming atmosphere.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous housekeeping experience, ideally within a healthcare or residential setting.

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

• The ability to work independently as well as harmoniously within a team.

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for enhancing the daily lives of residents.
