Salary: £56,000.00 per annum + £2,000 'Golden Hello' Welcome Bonus

About the Role

As the Deputy General Manager & Clinical Lead at Lethen Park Care Home, you will support the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care. Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you will inspire a multidisciplinary team to ensure every resident enjoys the best possible quality of life.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading by example, monitoring clinical standards through regular audits, and supervising clinical practice
Managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
Ensuring full regulatory compliance and helping drive home strategies and goals
Supporting and mentoring newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship
About You
To join us as a Deputy General Manager & Clinical Lead, you will need:
A valid Registered Nurse qualification (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification
Experience supporting residents with diverse health needs and a strong track record in safeguarding and clinical risk assessments
A background in HR, budget management, and a good understanding of sales, marketing, and commercial practices
Compassion, resilience, and a determination to deliver outstanding care
