Position: Residential Senior Carer
Location: Elgar Court Care Home, 35 St Andrews Road, Malvern, WR14 3PT
Pay Rate: £15.81 per hour
Hours: 33.00 hours per week (Permanent, Day Shifts)

About the Role
As a Residential Senior Carer, you will oversee the diverse needs of residents to ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and support during the day.
Lead & Mentor: Supervise a team of care staff, providing training, conducting supervisions, and delegating duties on shift.
Clinical Support: Assist with administering and ordering medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Liaise closely with GPs, district nursing teams, and residents' family members.
Promote a Vibrant Culture: Help foster a warm, welcoming environment while always respecting the dignity, independence, and preferences of every resident.
About You
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Experience: Previous experience working in a residential care setting alongside proven team leadership skills.
Attributes: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and capable of making sound decisions to support residents' wellbeing and safety.
