Job Title: Healthcare Assistant - Level 3
Location: Stratum Clinic Oxford (The Dermatology Partnership), Oxford
Salary: £27,040 per year
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week, Monday–Saturday)
We are partnering with Stratum Clinic Oxford—part of The Dermatology Partnership and Bupa Health Services—to find a dedicated and compassionate Level 3 Healthcare Assistant. As a Healthcare Assistant through Supportive Bridge, you will support the smooth, efficient running of the clinic by preparing treatment rooms, theatre areas, and equipment to high clinical standards. You will work closely with doctors and specialist nurses, providing essential clinical support and creating a seamless, supportive journey for every patient.
Prepare treatment rooms, theatre areas, and equipment to a high clinical standard, maintaining appropriate stock levels and general cleanliness.
Undertake clinical duties in line with professional training, including chaperoning patients, assisting with dressing/undressing, and conducting urine testing, weighing, and blood pressure measurements.
Assist during minor surgical and theatre procedures.
Manage patient records and input information into the clinic's Practice Pal system, including maintaining the Pathology Log and respecting strict patient confidentiality.
Meet and greet patients, providing a warm, caring environment and supporting them throughout their clinic journey.
Essential: Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or Care Certificate / higher).
An interest or background in dermatology, with a genuine passion for exceptional patient care.
A good understanding of CQC policies and clinical environment standards.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary setting.
