Care Home Deputy Manager

Role Description

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is pleased to recruit a dedicated Care Home Deputy Manager on behalf of our client for Iverley View Care Home in Stourbridge. Working in close partnership with the General Manager, you will oversee daily care operations, inspire multidisciplinary staff teams, and ensure consistently high standards of clinical and regulatory excellence to enhance the lives of all residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily care operations, perform regular quality audits, and ensure strict compliance with health and regulatory standards.

• Lead and support team members while managing clinical risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.

• Deputise for the General Manager in their absence, assisting with budget management, staff motivation, and facility administration.

Requirements

• Proven management experience in a residential or healthcare setting with a track record in risk assessment and safeguarding.

• Sound knowledge of care home operations, including basic HR procedures, local marketing, and budget oversight.

• Strong leadership, communication, and resilience paired with a compassionate approach to care.
