Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a night Senior Carer at Iverley View, its residential care home in Stourbridge. You will lead the care team on shift – training, supervising and delegating – help with ordering and giving medication, review care plans and risk assessments, and work with GPs, district nurses and families to give each resident dignified, individual care.

• Pay: £15.43 per hour

• Hours: 36 hours a week, nights, permanent

• Location: Iverley View, 168 Norton Road, Stourbridge DY8 2TA

What you'll need

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care

• Previous residential care experience

• Proven team leadership skills

• A warm, compassionate approach
