This leadership role is ideal for an experienced care home professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care while managing the day-to-day operations of a successful care home. Requirements

• Strong clinical knowledge with an LMCS, RMA, or equivalent management qualification.

• Previous leadership experience within a regulated care home environment.

• Excellent communication, commercial awareness, and strategic leadership skills.
