We are acting on behalf of Alliance Medical Ltd—Europe's leading independent provider of imaging services—to recruit an experienced and motivated MRI Radiographer to join their dedicated team in Northampton.
In this vital role, you will work closely with senior radiographers, assistant practitioners, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff to deliver exceptional, patient-focused diagnostic imaging. 1. Imaging Operations & Patient Care
Perform a wide variety of routine and specialized MRI examinations, adhering strictly to clinical protocols and procedures.
Produce high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining an exceptional standard of patient care and customer service.
Build excellent rapport with patients and both internal/external stakeholders, ensuring a reassuring, patient-centered experience.
Administer intravenous (IV) cannulation where required (full training provided if necessary).
2. Team Collaboration & Workflow
Work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team under pressure.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
Maintain clear documentation, strong IT literacy, and contribute to problem-solving and troubleshooting across the unit.
Essential Criteria
Qualifications & Registration: Must hold current, unrestricted HCPC registration.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of practical MRI experience, accustomed to performing different types of scans on a routine basis.
Competencies: Strong IT literacy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a flexible, adaptable approach to work.
Vetting & Sponsorship: Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance required. Applications from candidates requiring Skilled Worker visa sponsorship are warmly welcomed.
