We are recruiting an experienced and compassionate Housing Manager on a permanent part-time basis (22.5 hours per week) on behalf of Norah Bellot Court in Barnstaple, a warm community dedicated to helping older people live life to the full.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and evaluating all aspects of the service. You will oversee financial plans, lead and motivate the staff team, and ensure residents receive high standards of support to maintain their independence, social connections, and wellbeing.
Management Experience: Proven supervisory and leadership experience, with the ability to inspire a team and manage financial plans or budgets.
Communication & People Skills: Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.
IT Literacy: Good computer literacy with experience in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email systems.
Flexibility & Proximity: A warm, compassionate approach with a genuine love for supporting older people. Ideally living within 15 miles of Barnstaple (EX32 7ES) for a manageable commute.
