Join All Saints Hospital as part of an established kitchen team, where you will support the head chef in preparing meals, maintaining a safe and spotless working environment, and engaging regularly with staff, visitors, and service users.
What You Will Be Doing
Assist catering staff with the preparation and cooking of meals in strict accordance with company policies and hygiene standards.
Serve food and beverages to service users, staff, and visitors while maintaining professional and friendly communication.
Manage storage procedures, stock rotation, and ensure all kitchen equipment, areas, and furniture are clean, correctly stored, and compliant.
Liaise closely with the wider team, including dietitians, regarding specialised dietary and planned meal requirements.

Key Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience working within a similar kitchen or catering role.
A relevant catering qualification is desirable.
Sound working knowledge of COSHH and HACCP food safety regulations.
Basic numeracy and literacy skills with strong attention to hygiene and detail.

All Saints Hospital in Oldham, Greater Manchester is a specialist Mental Health service for people who are d/Deaf or have complex communication needs. It is a culturally sensitive service created to provide support and rehabilitation with care and intervention from both deaf and hearing members of staff.
