• Hourly Rate: £13.80 - £14.45 per hour (includes applicable environment/shift premiums)

• Premium Rates: Extra £1.50/hr for freezer work | Extra £3.50/hr for night shifts (23:00 - 05:00) | Extra £2.00/hr on bank holidays

• Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (Flexible 32 - 40 hour contracts, stable daytime shifts 09:30 - 18:00)

Without our warehouse teams, the store shelves would be empty! In this critical entry-level role, you will be the engine behind the business, working independently to accurately pick and pack products so they reach over 2,000 stores exactly when needed. What You’ll Do

• Order Picking: Act as a sharp multitasker, receiving voice-picking instructions through a headset to accurately select items across ambient, chilled, and frozen zones.

• Stock Security: Expertly pack and build pallets, making sure every store delivery is perfectly stacked, secure, and ready for transit.

• Quality Control: Check stock integrity as you work, reporting any damaged items or discrepancies to your shift manager.

• Independent Workflow: Take ownership of your daily orders, consistently maintaining speed, accuracy, and safety on the warehouse floor.
