About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Co-op to recruit a friendly and dedicated Customer Team Member for their busy store on Hale Road in Widnes.

If you are looking for a flexible part-time retail role where you can support your local community, receive full paid training, and work within a supportive team environment, this is a fantastic opportunity! No prior retail experience is necessary—just a genuine passion for helping people.

• Working Pattern: A mix of opening shifts, middle shifts, and closing shifts. At least 2 shifts will be closing and at least 1 will be at the weekend (availability can be further discussed at interview). The role will include working in our in-store bakery.

• Key Tasks: Operating tills, working hands-on on the shop floor and in the in-store bakery, keeping shelves stocked, checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy, and promoting Co-op Membership.
