About the Role
We are recruiting a reliable, caring Domestic Assistant on a permanent full-time basis (37.5 hours per week) on behalf of The Willows in Mobberley, a tranquil nursing and dementia care home set in a charming village community.
Your work will play an essential part in creating a clean, safe, and warm environment where residents feel valued, comfortable, and truly at home. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness across designated areas while always respecting individual dignity and personal space.
What You Will Need
A Caring & Respectful Approach: Genuine sensitivity to the needs of older people and a strong commitment to personal dignity.
Experience: Previous domestic or cleaning experience is desirable, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail matter most.
Teamwork & Initiative: The ability to work well independently or as part of a friendly team, following health & safety and COSHH guidelines.
Flexibility & Proximity: A flexible approach to work, including a 7-day rota. Ideally living within 15 miles of Knutsford (WA16 7AR) for a manageable commute.
