Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Host to join their team in Northampton, UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly and customer-focused individual to help create a welcoming dining experience for residents within a retirement village. You will provide excellent hospitality while ensuring dining and service areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, serve meals and refreshments, and provide excellent customer service in the restaurant and café.

• Prepare dining areas, support room service requests, and maintain clean and organised service spaces.

• Assist with general hospitality duties while ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience, with catering or hospitality experience being desirable.

• Friendly, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding resident service.
