• Lead and support a team of Care Assistants while ensuring high standards of resident care.

• Assist with clinical duties, including care plans, medication support, and accurate record keeping.

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to promote excellent care.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or working towards achieving it.

• Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant or similar care role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills with a compassionate approach.
