Role Description

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Elysium Healthcare for a Bank Nurse to join the team at Chesterfield House in North Hykeham, UK. This flexible bank opportunity is ideal for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) seeking greater control over their working hours while delivering outstanding care in a specialist learning disability and mental health service.

Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will provide person-centred, evidence-based nursing care while supporting individuals to achieve greater independence and improved wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support recovery and positive clinical outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical standards while promoting a safe, compassionate, and therapeutic environment.

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration with a relevant RMN or RNLD qualification.

• Previous nursing experience in a similar healthcare setting.

• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
