About the Role
We are recruiting a dedicated and caring Healthcare Assistant on a permanent basis on behalf of St Mary’s Hospital in Warrington—a specialist facility providing inpatient mental health services, acute care for individuals in crisis, and comprehensive Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) rehabilitation pathways for adult men.
Working as an integral part of an inclusive, supportive multidisciplinary team, you will help service users along their recovery journey toward leading a valued and fulfilled life. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include updating patient records, monitoring patient wellbeing, and providing overall personal and emotional care and support.
What You Will Need
Experience: Previous professional experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Worker gained within the NHS or private healthcare sector.
Attributes: A naturally caring and compassionate nature, a positive attitude, high resilience, strong vigilance, and a team-focused approach.
Proximity & Availability: A genuine dedication to supporting vulnerable adults, and living within a manageable commute of Warrington (WA2 8DB).
